Payment

Payment Terms for Speciale Couture LLC:

1. Tailoring Services:

   – A 100% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

   – The remaining balance is due four weeks after order confirmation for accounting purposes.

   – Customers may choose to pay the balance upon delivery (assuming delivery is within the agreed timeframe), or out-of-town customers can pay online.

2. Payment Methods:

Speciale Couture LLC accepts the following payment methods:

   – Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

   – Debit Cards

   – PayPal

   – Bank Transfers

3. Payment Due Date:

All payments are due upon the completion of the mobile atelier service or at the time of purchase for products. Invoices and receipts will provide clear information on the due date.

4. Late Payments:

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to late fees. Speciale Couture LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of [X]% or $[X] for payments received after the due date.

5. Taxes:

Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount of the purchase or service as required by law.

6. Payment Confirmation:

A confirmation email or receipt will be sent upon successful processing of the payment, serving as proof of payment.

8. Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes regarding payments or services, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to Payment Terms:

Speciale Couture LLC reserves the right to modify these payment terms at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

10. Any order alternations are accepted within 5-7 business days after the order is received. 

By making a purchase or availing services from Speciale Couture LLC, customers agree to abide by these payment terms.
